What types of events do you specialize in?

We specialize in celebrations including engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, birthdays and more. If you've got a reason to celebrate, we've got balloons for it!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind. The Balloon Babe AZ dates can book several months in advance, especially during peak event seasons. Last-minute inquiries are always welcome, pending availability.

Do you INSTALL AT PARKS?

These will be taken on a case by case basis. We can install just balloons, however if any backdrops or rentals are included we may not have the availability as they need to be picked up within a few hours and we usually have multiple events in a day.

What if my event isn't in peoria?

While we are based in Peoria, we are happy to work with clients throughout the surrounding areas and beyond. Our package pricing includes delivery up to 20 miles. If you are beyond that, we will custom a personal quote for you.

What is your booking process?

Once you inquire, we will review your event details and schedule a consultation if needed. After confirming availability, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date. From there, we will confirm exact balloon shades and backdrops, if applicable.

What services do you offer?

We offer full-service balloon decorations for celebrations of all kinds. Our services include custom on site installation, grab & go pickup options, helium, backdrop and marquee rentals. Whether you need a large, over the top display or a small budget friendly garland, we've got you covered.
